PAYMENT

We accept credit cards and paypal payments. No cancellations of payment once item/goods has been sent out.

 

SHIPPING:

For International shipping, delivery is estimated about 12 -18 days from date of post, Seller will email buyers once item is sent out.

SHIP TO EUROPE
Due to the recent tight security check at custom, package sent to Europe might take a longer time. Kindly allow approximately 8 weeks for package to go through and reach you.

For local, pls allow 3-5 days of delivery via Singpost. All items will be sent via registered post and tracking number will be emailed to buyer once item has been posted. Buyer can use the tracking number to check the item status at, http://www.singpost.com

Kindly note, for Express Shipping (2days) our local post office charges at the rate of minimum SGD$50+ onwards depending on the weight of item. Please send a note to seller before making any purchase if you require an express shipping.

 

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Because it is handmade product once items/goods are sent out there would be strictly no cancellations, refund or exchange. Plus, it is strictly no refund after item has been purchased and used. Thank you for your kind understanding. :)

FOR UNDELIVERED PARCEL EVERYWHERE ELSE : FOR EUROPE SEE NEXT POINT
If items/goods are not received after 30 days from date of shipment, kindly inform seller and we will do a full refund to you.


FOR UNDELIVERED PARCEL: EUROPE
Due to the tight security, customers from Europe mainly Germany, might encounter longer shipping times depending on their custom clearance. Kindly allow about 8 weeks from date of shipment for parcel to be delivered to you. If you still did not received any parcels after 8 weeks, we will do a full refund to you. We will make an attempt on our side to provide any information to the custom officials to get a faster clearance.


DAMAGED ITEM
For items that has been damaged in the process of shipment, please take a picture and send to seller, we will send you a new piece at our cost depending on our inventory or do a refund.


CUSTOMER CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind and do a return parcel back to seller, we will do a refund of the cost of item once we received the returned parcel. Kindly note this, for unopen package returned back to seller, only the item's cost will be refunded excluding shipping rates. Shipping rate will be charged as usual since package has been sent out.

Thank you for your kind considerations and understandings. They are greatly appreciated. Because all items are sent out via registered mail, items could be tracked for their status. If buyer change their mind on the purchase, simply return package without opening. Return address is written at back of package. Because it is handmade item, every piece is made with care and time, therefore it is strictly no refund after item has been used.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes and customs charges that may be incurred in your own country.
